Rick Callaghan (owner operator of 410 Auto) has been known and loved Volkswagens since he was a young boy, having started work with them when he was only 13 years old. Past jobs include titles from Car Washer to licensed Technician at Agincourt Autohaus Inc., Warranty Supervisor for Volkswagen Canada (until Canadian operations closed in 1994), and Director and Co-Owner of The Great Canadian Bug Show Inc. 410 Auto is truly a family owned operation as Rick's wife, Stacey Callaghan also a Co-owner of The Great Canadian Bug Show Inc., manages Customer Service and Business Administration for the company.
